Workshop venue: Academy of Photography Krakow, ul. Grodzka 60/9a
The workshop will result in production of a short audiovisual form – a music video. The following subjects will be covered: film narration, screenwriting, direction of photography and film postproduction. Topics related to music videos will be tackled in detail: a review of trends, modern techniques of producing and editing videos, and the principles of harmonisation of individual audiovisual components.
The practical part will see participants creating a music video using slow-motion technique and editing it using Adobe Premiere.
Agnieszka Szuścik - doctoral student at Łódź Film School and lecturer at the Academy of Photography. Studied photography at Łódź Film School, film editing at Warsaw Film School and social communication in the Polish philology department at the University of Silesia. Her work has been screened on TVP Kultura and at the Camerimage, Łódź 4 Cultures and Two Riversides festivals and Gdynia Film Festival. Her work searches for the point where art and contemporary media meet and what it is that makes cybernetic-consumer culture unique.
